Renowned photographer Somsubhro Sarkaar’s award winning series #MyIdentityMyPride will now be showcased on Cinema4screen platform to inspire story tellers and others in the fraternity.
This online exhibition will be supported by a series of discussions on the real characters. Starting from February 13 , 2022, it will go on till March 7, 2022 and finally celebrating Women’s Day on March 8, 2022, with a panel discussion comprising of prominent women from the series.
The event has been jointly conceptualised, coordinated and presented by ace photographer Somsubhro Sarkaar, Anshuman Chaudhary, the founder and director of Cinema4screen and Dr Sudipta Roy Chowdhury, professor of media and communication.
For the record, Cinema4screen is a platform for young minds who want to bring a change in the cinematic vision in India.
#MyIdentityMyPride is a vision which helps give encouragement to those who dare to take risk. It gives a real life perspective of those women who have fought against the heaviest odds to achieve what they want by sacrificing their personal priorities.
