Metro… In Dino to feature Aditya Roy Kapur’s first song as singer

Aditya Roy Kapur, a relatively-known actor who has appeared in films such as Aashiqui 2 and The Night Manager, has made his singing debut in the upcoming Bollywood film Metro… In Dino. The announcement was made during the grand launch event of the film’s first song, “Zamaana Lage,” held in Mumbai.

Music composer Pritam, who has crafted the entire soundtrack for Metro… In Dino, revealed that Aditya has lent his own voice to one of the film’s songs. Pritam commended Aditya’s performance, stating that he is “sounding amazing” and noting the trend of stars singing their own songs in musicals. Aditya reflected on the depth music brings to storytelling, especially in a film so rooted in emotional narratives. He mentioned that he has not yet heard all of the soundtrack’s ten songs but is eagerly looking forward to them.

Metro… In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu, is set to be released in cinemas on 4 July 2025.
