Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. Kangana said she was experiencing fatigue and burning sensation in her eyes for the past few days after which she got herself tested.
In a social media post, the Thalaivi actor also said that she was planning to go to her home at Himachal Pradesh but got tested positive this Friday. Kangana advised people not to let the virus scare and overpower them. The actor also asked people to defeat and destroy the virus together.
Kangna shared a picture on social media in a yogic posture with the post, “I have quarantined myself; I had no idea this virus is having a party in my body, now that I know I will demolish it. The virus was nothing but a small flu but had got too much press and attention.”
Recently, Kangana was banned from Twitter for violating the behaviour policy of the social media platform. Twitter has also banned Kangana’s sister’s account for posting similar content.
Since getting banned from Twitter, Kangana gave the news of being getting Coronavirus positive through Instagram. The actor is waiting for the release of her film Thalaivi which was to be released last month, but due to the COVID-19 spike, has been postponed.
